First trip was to San Onofre near home. Figured if anything went wrong (it did) or was missing (it was) then we wouldn't be too far.

Borrowed an EZup for shade. Found that it interfered with the door!

Tow vehicle, ready to departy.

Next trip was to Imperial Beach in San Diego. A little farther.

Nice sunset, we had a photo-fantastic evening. The F100 with the 223 6 cyl was just not quite up to the job though. Slow going up hills...

Temporary table up front, and clutter! We are still trying to figure things out at this point

Next trip was to Buttonwill for a VARA race. Driving up the grapevine was really slow.

We rigged a tarp using canvas, some rope and sewing machine time. Poles are PVC. It was really nice to have in the heat.

Another view, with the race transporter.

Went to the table mountain campground with other vintage rigs- nice event.

On the way up the coast to Carpenteria. First trip for the C10. Much easier to tow this rig, I have more confidence in the brakes, it has power steering (yeah!) and 6.2l of power. Oh yes, power to go up hills. And an automatic.

Campground. Fantastic- right on the beach.

At night

Lake Cachuma, in the RV area.
Since everyone keeps asking how these pictures come out so nice, here are links to the photographic equipment I use. Using these links lets me continue to post for all of you to enjoy!
